BY CLICKING THE ‘CUSTOMIZE NOW’ BUTTON OR PLACING YOUR ORDER FOR CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE Life Up Promo PRIVACY NOTICE, CONDITIONS OF USE AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINES, AS MODIFIED FROM TIME TO TIME.

Just remember, any Content you share must align with our Conditions of Use and Community Guidelines – meaning no inappropriate, offensive, or illegal material. We’re committed to a positive and respectful environment, and that includes protecting intellectual property. Life Up Promo reserves the full right to decline any submissions that don’t meet these standards.

2. Granting Life Up Promo Usage Rights for Your Content:

By submitting your Content, you’re granting Life Up Promo, along with its affiliated companies and authorized sublicensees (including any third-party partners who help create your customized products – we call them “Customization Providers”), a broad and flexible license. This license is worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully transferable. It allows us to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create new works from, distribute, and display your submitted Content. This is all in connection with producing and enabling your purchase of your customized products, and it also covers the use of any names or likenesses of individuals featured in your Content.

3. Your Promises and Protection:

When you submit your Content, you’re making some important promises to us. You’re confirming that you have all the necessary rights to grant us the licenses described in these terms. You’re also assuring us that using your Content won’t infringe on anyone’s intellectual property rights or harm any person or entity in any way.

Furthermore, you agree to protect and cover the Customization Providers (and us!) against any claims, lawsuits, or proceedings that might arise from a third party. This means you’ll be responsible for any losses, damages, judgments, settlements, expenses, or other liabilities (including reasonable legal fees) if a claim is based on you breaking any of these terms and conditions.

4. Respecting Life Up Promo’s Intellectual Property:

We kindly ask that you refrain from using any of Life Up Promo’s intellectual property without obtaining our explicit written permission beforehand. Please understand that these terms and conditions, and your purchase of customized products, do not grant you any ownership or rights to our intellectual property. This includes any photographs, illustrations, graphics, text, designs, or images that we make available for you to use in the customization process.
